Joint Venture Arrangement Announced
Between Stoelting, LLC and Acqua America, LLC
Stoelting’s Process Equipment Division (“Stoelting”) and Acqua America LLC (“Acqua”) are pleased to announce the formation of a joint venture. ‘Stoelting Acqua Systems’, will provide evaporation systems, dryers, and complete drying systems to the Food and Beverage Markets, including Dairy Plants in North America. Acqua will design and supply their patented Cyclonic Evaporator (“CycloVap”), while Stoelting’s partner, Spray Processes Limited, will design and supply the spray drying systems offered through the joint venture. The formation of this joint venture allows Stoelting Acqua Systems to offer complete turnkey drying systems to our customers.

Stoelting designs and manufactures cheese and food processing equipment, providing consistent high quality, high performance, durability and reliability, resulting in improved product quality and profits. Equipment line includes Vats, Tables, Enclosed Drain/Salting Belts, Block Formers, Collating Systems, Air and Vacuum Conveyors, Specialty Cheese Equipment, and Specialty Food Processing Equipment.

Acqua America, located in Mission, KS, has a range of proprietary process equipment developed by its related company, Acqua International Group in Australia. Acqua’s range of equipment includes the CycloVap which offers strategic benefits over industry standard evaporators, including a smaller size, longer run times, flexibility and expandability of operation, and greater efficiency.
