Features Stoelting's high efficiency evaporator system, Scroll Compressor, IntelliTec Control, and ECM (Energy Conservation Mode) to prevent over-agitation during slow or non-draw periods.  Built for consistent control of all mixes.  Optiional bag connection system to elminate potential contamination sources.
