Ross CC101 Continous Flow Freezer with patented freezing chamber minimizes the size of ice crystals for a smoother finished product. Features high-production capacity without sacrificing the quality of the product. Continuous-feed system provides high-speed production with a low overrun. Compact size takes up less floor space. Hold cycle keeps barrels at a safe holding temperature during off-cycle periods.  7.5-gallon mix storage hopper. Produces Frozen Custard, Italian Ices, and Sorbets.
