Technical Service Rep - Cleaning Equipment & Process Equipment Divisions

We are an established and growing company with an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Representative. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing startup instructional sessions, services and/or troubleshooting of Stoelting equipment in the dairy and cleaning markets. Additional responsibilities may include:

- Respond to customers via the telephone or written correspondence on Stoelting equipment operating difficulties
- Diagnose ordinary equipment problems, provide technical support and follow up
- Communicate with other internal departments to assure customer satisfaction

This position requires 70% travel within the U.S. and internationally.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree, or equivalent experience, in the Electronics field with a concentration on PLC/HMI programming. Candidate should also be a self-starter, excellent communicator, organized, goal oriented, and interested in a challenging position in a diversified environment.
